Cancellation Policy

★ If you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must contact me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. ★ No-shows or cancellations made in less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will result in the loss of your deposit or will endure a penalty that requires you to prepay 50% of the service that you would like to book in order to schedule your next appointment. ★ If the service was provided before 10.30 am or after 7.00 pm, then additional surcharge in the amount of $70 is applied towards your total.
